Choose the maintenance schedule and service level that fit your pool. Recurring maintenance is available weekly, biweekly, or three times weekly, billed at a monthly rate and quoted for your pool.
Maintenance levels
LEVEL 1
Chemistry and baskets
Basic water-chemistry service and basket checks form the starting maintenance level.
LEVEL 2
Add brushing
Includes the water-chemistry and basket checks in Level 1, plus pool brushing.
LEVEL 3
Add filter care and vacuuming
Includes Levels 1 and 2, with filter cleaning and vacuuming performed as the agreed service scope requires.
What to expect from recurring service
- Every recurring plan begins with an on-site assessment, which is typically free with limited exceptions.
- Routine chemicals are typically included. Certain exceptions and special materials may be billed separately.
- Service is month to month with no minimum term. Current-month dues remain payable when service is canceled.

Every additional service request starts with a review.
Tell us about your pool or equipment concern, whether it involves water condition, cleanup, inspection, repair, or replacement. We have particular experience with variable-speed swimming-pool pumps. We’ll review the request, including whether equipment should be evaluated for repair or replacement, and when work falls outside our direct scope, help identify an appropriate qualified provider.
Written approval is required before repair or equipment work begins. Fees, deposits, scheduling, and warranty terms depend on the work and will be provided with the applicable estimate or service agreement.
